Hi There

As your BP is on the higher side i would like to suggest two things for you
A. Follow healthy lifestyle habits which includes.

1. No Smoking (if you do)
2. Daily brisk morning walk for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.
3. Low dietary salt intake and avoiding junk food.
4. Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in daily diet.

B. Medications

Like Beta blockers and Calcium channel blockers will be helpful. Its advisable to consult a doctor personally for a written prescrption.

Following this routine regularly for 3 months and then so on as it aslo good for heart.
